Mobile App
Balance is available on iOS, Android, and the web. All three platforms share the same features and sync your data in real time.

The mobile apps are built with Ionic and Capacitor, which means you get the same experience everywhere. Your data syncs across all devices automatically.
Biometric Login
On iOS and Android, enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login for quick access. Toggle this in Settings. Your biometric data stays on your device and is never sent to Balance.
Pull-to-Refresh
On the transactions page, pull down to check for new transactions from your bank. Balance syncs automatically in the background, but pull-to-refresh gives you an on-demand update whenever you want it.
Background Sync
The app syncs your data in the background so your transactions and budget stay up to date across devices. When you open Balance, you’ll see your latest information.
Web App
The web app at app.balancebudget.app works in any modern browser. It has the same features as the mobile apps. Biometric login is not available on the web.
Tips
- Log in on multiple devices with the same credentials. Your data stays in sync.
- If you share your account with a partner, both of you can be logged in on separate devices at the same time. Just switch to your own profile.
- For the best experience on mobile, keep the app updated to the latest version.
