Account Transaction Visibility

Accounts Page

Control which accounts’ transactions appear in your budget and transaction list.

What is Transaction Visibility?

This setting lets you:

  • Show transactions that affect your monthly budget
  • Hide transactions that you want to track but not budget

When to Hide Transactions

Hide transactions from accounts like:

  • Savings accounts - Tracking balance only
  • Investment accounts - Not monthly expenses
  • Business accounts - Separating personal/business
  • Secondary accounts - Used infrequently

How to Change Visibility

Step 1: Navigate to Accounts tab

Accounts Page

Go to the Accounts tab (shown in screenshot above).

Step 2: Open account detail page

Account Detail Page

Tap the account you want to modify. This opens the account detail page showing all accounts for that institution (shown above).

Step 3: Access Account Settings

From the account detail page, tap “Account Settings” at the bottom of the account card you want to modify.

Step 4: Toggle visibility setting

Account Settings Page

In Account Settings, toggle “Show account transactions”:

  • ON = Transactions visible and affect budget
  • OFF = Transactions hidden but still sync

The setting saves automatically.
