How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Balance Budget account, please follow these steps:
From the email address associated with your Balance Budget account, send an email to support@balancebudget.app.
Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
In the email body, please confirm your request to delete your account.
Important: Requests must come from the email address associated with the account to be deleted. This is to ensure the security and privacy of your data.
Our support team will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data Deletion Policy
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove all of your personal data associated with your Balance Budget account. This includes:
User profile information
Financial data and transaction history
Budget plans and goals
Any custom categories or tags you’ve created
App settings and preferences
Please note:
The deletion process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data.
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.
Anonymized, aggregated data used for app analytics may be retained but cannot be linked back to your individual account.
